Family Friendly Spot- Stanley Marketplace

By now, you've probably heard about the Stanley Marketplace in Stapleton. You may be thinking its just another trendy marketplace like The Source or Central Market in RiNo, filled with boutiques, foodie-type restaurants, purveyor shops, and galleries- and you're right! Except it has some other cool things that make it more "family friendly" than the places in RiNo.

For starters, it is in south Stapleton-quite a different neighborhood than anything in the middle of Downtown or RiNo. You can expect better parking and more walkability without any construction. You will also find different crows here- more families than single 20 somethings.

Starting with the Marketplace- with 48 merchants and two floors of food, retail, bar, work, education, and even fitness space, you can easily fill an afternoon here. Take a yoga class or take the kids to Bounce, a kid's gymnastics studio, then grab some food or a cocktail! Make sure to try Annette, the Market's newest restaurant added in February or grab ice cream from Sweet Cow.

Aside from the Marketplace, the Stanley offers the Hangar- a cool event space remodeled from the original airplane hanger. It's open to private events, like weddings and public events like live music. Rent it out for your next big party- info here!

And don't forget Happenings- this is the event calendar you'll want to check out monthly here. They feature live music or you can host your own event- maybe feature your own band or a cool workshop!
