"Where you feel good,

  there is your home."

Hi I'm Jenna... Nice to Meet You!

Favorite part of helping people buy and sell homes:

I really love helping people through this huge and important life process.  I am also a birth doula, helping women and families during childbirth, and in a funny way there are a lot of parallels! With my real estate clients, I focus on providing patient guidance through an often emotional and life changing experience.  And I enjoy working hard to help clients achieve the best end result possible.

Where I would live if money and time were no object:

I would actually still live in Denver!  But don't get me wrong, I would split my time at my houses in Telluride, Sonoma, Nantucket, Charleston, Nicaragua...let's just say I would have a lot of houses.  And probably a lot of friends:)

My time in Colorado:

A total of 13 years is this possible?!  I made my way out to Colorado from Northern California to attend CU Boulder (go Buffs!) and got hooked.  After college I spent some wonderful years in San Francisco, Jackson Hole, northern Wisconsin, and Montauk, New York before settling back in Denver.  Now Denver is home.

Why I chose Denver:

In my opinion, it is the ultimate city!  I love the tight knit community- it's not too big, not too small.  And you can't beat the proximity to the mountains, the active lifestyle, and the bike-ability.  I value a place where people are friendly and have a great work/ life balance.  And there is so much exciting growth and change in Denver right now.  Plus, people are serious about their happy hours...and I respect that :).

Favorite weekend activity:

In the summer I love walking to the farmer's market in LoHi, grabbing brunch at Gallup Cafe, and going to Yoga in the Park.  In the winter it is all about getting up to the mountains to ski and grabbing dinner at Hops and Pie on Tennyson on the way home.

Why I became a realtor:

Because it has never felt like a job!  I truly enjoy building relationships with my clients, studying the market, exploring neighborhoods, and solving problems.  No two days are the same and I love helping people realize that this process can be enjoyable and pain free.

My area of expertise:

Clients who are looking for an advocate and guide during this process tend to enjoy working with me.  I am patient with explaining each step and helping clients weigh the pros and cons in each situation.  I enjoy working with first time home owners to fifth time home owners, and everything in between.  I work hard to help clients come to the best decisions for themselves and for their families.

Favorite restaurant:

Ahhh thats a tough one!  Right now I would have to say Uncle.  They have unbelievable noodle bowls and seriously addicting steamed buns.  Great beer and cocktails too.  I love sitting at the bar chatting and with the chefs.  It is hip, welcoming, and very reasonably priced.  And absolutely delicious.

Bar?  Zio Romolo's Alley Bar on 32nd and Zuni.  Its small and dingy, they always have great live bluegrass bands

Favorite outdoor venue or park:

I love walking or running around Sloan's Lake with friends.  And Chautauqua Auditorium is a special place to see an intimate concert.

My favorite thing about living in Denver is:

The people.  A city's soul is made up of it's people.  And Denver has great soul!
